Babri Mosque - Column Before Destruction

This is one of the columns of the Babri Mosque.  Even the column involves a dispute.  Some Hindus have claimed that it originated from a Hindu Temple, under the site.  The basis for the claim, in part, is the existence of two flowers on the column which they assert are Hindu-associated lotus motifs.
