Bad Blood: Border War that Triggered the Civil War

Bad Blood: The Border War that Triggered the Civil War is a co-production of KCPT Kansas City Public Television and Wide Awake Films.

The ninety-minute documentary is about the events leading up to the Civil War, along the border of Kansas and Missouri, during 1854 through 1861. The story is told through the eyes of Missourians and Kansans (with a balanced approach to both sides on the issue of slavery).
