Beowulf - Long Halls

Historians today rely on Beowulf to reconstruct “long halls” in ancient Anglo-Saxon villages.  West Stow, for example, helps modern visitors to explore life as though they lived during the time when Beowulf was recited by scops.

Take a virtual trip, back in time, to see how the Anglo-Saxons lived, and how they relied on their long halls, like “Heorot.”
