Challenger - Flight Warnings Ignored

Engineers at Morton Thiokol urge a flight delay, the night before Challenger's 1986 launch, because of expected cold temperatures at launch time. Company managers, however, do not follow that advice and do not recommend a delayed launch to NASA.
