Endeavour, STS-127 - Areas of Possible Foam Loss

This NASA drawing depicts areas where foam insulation (on the external fuel tank) broke loose during Endeavour's July 15, 2009 ascent.  The shuttle had just commenced its mission (known as STS-127) when the events occurred.
