Glendalough, Ireland - Scene of 6th Century Monastery

Glendalough, in County Wicklow, is the setting of St. Kevin's Monastery, a sixth-century structure which remains remarkably intact.  Included at the site are several other buildings and a round tower - also in outstanding condition, especially given their age.
