Ivan the Terrible - His Throne

The Armory Chamber, at Moscow's Kremlin, includes more thrones than anyplace else in the world.  This one, from the 16th century, once belonged to Ivan the Terrible.  It is a straight-back chair, made from wood, then covered with ivory panels which are profusely decorated.
