Lillian Disney - Benefactor of Walt Disney HallLillian Disney (1899-1997) was the widow of Walt Disney when she donated $50 million to build a state-of-the-art concert hall for the people of Los Angeles. After years of delays, Disney Hall opened in 2003 - six years after Mrs. Disney died of a stroke. She was 98.
