Micky Ward - "The Fighter"

Micky Ward - a champion welterweight boxer from Lowell, Massachusetts - still lives in his hometown with Charlene Fleming Ward, his wife. Ward's story is featured in "The Fighter," a film starring Mark Wahlberg and Christian Bale.

Ward is the son of Alice Eklund and George Ward. When Alice was married to her first husband, she had seven children - six girls and a boy (Dickie Eklund). When that marriage ended, Alice became a domestic partner of George Ward, and they had two children - a girl and a boy (Micky). So ... Micky has one sister and seven half-siblings (including his half-brother, Dickie).
