Nikita Khrushchev - 28 October 1962 Letter, Page 2

On the 28th of October, 1962, Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev sent President John F. Kennedy a letter which effectively ended the Cuban Missile Crisis.  In that letter, the President of the USSR agreed to dismantle the missiles in Cuba.
