Alekseyevsky Ravelin - Peter and Paul Fortress

This is the building in which Peter the Great's son and heir, Alexy, was locked in cell number nine.  Infamous for the nineteenth-century events which took place in this building, the Alekseyevsky Ravelin is the place where Peter the Great allowed Alexy to be tortured and killed.
