Report of Casualty - JFK

President Kennedy's autopsy was conducted at Bethesda Naval Hospital where a final report of casualty was issued on November 27, 1963. It states that he died "from gunshot wounds at Dallas, Texas."

There is an error in the report. It states that President Kennedy's son, JFK, Jr., was born in 1961. He was actually born in 1960, and his father's funeral took place on his third birthday: November 25, 1963.
