Space Shuttle - Launch Camera, STS-112

After the loss of Columbia, NASA uses launch cameras to observe whether foam, shedding off the External Tank, will strike the orbiter.  This clip, from mission STS-112, reveals what such a camera records during the launch sequence.

Portrayed are scenes between thirteen seconds before SSME (Space Shuttle main engine) ignition and SRBs (solid rocket boosters) jettison.
