Did you know about The Hanging Gardens of Babylon?

Well, it is one of the seven wonders of the world. King Nebuchadnezzar built the gardens for his homesick wife.

What is the Hanging Gardens of Babylon?

The hanging gardens of Babylon is a huge palace. It has waterfalls and everything. You might be wondering where is this located. People thought it was in Babylon, but a researcher, Dr. Dailey found some clues that it may have been in the ancient city called Ninevah. If she is correct on where it's located, then that means that the people that created it were the Assyrians, not KingNebuchadnezzar. Assyrians are people that live in groups in the middle east.

Remember when we said huge at the beginning, well The Hanging Gardens of Babylon is estimated to be about 75 feets tall. The king ruled the city from 605 to 562 B.C.
