Ambassador Hotel - Bellmen

Bellmen, at the Ambassador Hotel in LA, show off their new "admiral" uniforms on January 12, 1961.

Pictured, from left, are: Bud Johnson, Eldon Smith (the bell captain), Penny Clissold and Paul Persie.

Stories about the Ambassador's bellmen are featured in "Bobby," a film about Robert F. Kennedy and his assassination which occurred at the Ambassador.
