Barney Fife Recites "We the People"

The American Constitution has a famous preamble, beginning with the words "We the People."  It is a way to publicly state that the country - AND its government - is based on "We the People."

Barney Fife - a character in the "Andy Griffith Show," which was broadcast between 1960-1968 - once tried to recite the Preamble (which he had memorized in school).  Fife - portrayed by Don Knotts - is hilarious as he does his best to recall those famous words.
