Braille - Alphabet in English

Braille-Alphabet in English

Louis Braille was born sighted, but an accident removed his ability to see when he was just three years old.  At the age of twelve, he learned about a system which soldiers used to communicate at night.  Braille worked with that system, simplified it and published it by the time he was twenty.
