This is the second page of Charles Schenck's leaflet opposing the draft during World War I.
The U.S. Supreme Court eventually ruled that he, and his colleagues, did not have free-speech rights to publish this. They were, said the court, in violation of the Anti-Sedition Act which effectively disallowed individuals from speaking-out against the federal government.
