Eastern Half of the Roman Empire - Map Ancient Places and/or Civilizations World History Geography

This map, from 1916, depicts the Eastern half of the Roman Empire.  Note that modern countries, cities and areas are called by their Roman names. 

It begins with Noricum and Illyricum, on the western side of the map, and includes Scythia on the eastern side.  It also includes Egypt and the Persian Gulf in the southern areas.
