George Mason's Objections, Page 3

This is the third page of George Mason's objections to the U.S. Constitution which he would not sign because it lacked a Bill of Rights.

He set-forth the reasons for his objections, as depicted in this text image, in a document called The Objections of the Hon. George Mason, to the Proposed Federal Constitution.  It is included in Elliot's Debates, at pages 494 - 496.
