Haiti - Tent City Disasters Famous Historical Events Geography Social Studies World History

Haitians living in the capital, Port-au-Prince, spontaneously created tent cities in order to have shelter.  Millions of people were instantly rendered homeless after the quake struck on January 12, 2010.
