Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery

This image depicts the entrance of Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, located near St. Louis, Missouri.

The largest mass grave, in this cemetery, is in Section 85 where the remains of 123 American servicemen were interred on February 14, 1952.

All of those fallen soldiers, sailors and marines were victims of a massacre which took place on Palawan Island on December 14, 1944.
