Lincoln's Red Rocking Chair

This image depicts President Lincoln's red rocking chair as seen at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan.

The President was sitting in this chair when John Wilkes Booth assassinated him. We can see evidence of the President's head injury from the dried blood on his chair.
