One Team, One Country

During 1995, South Africa's senior rugby officials devised a strategy to rally all the people behind the Springboks.  Called "One Team, One Country," the plan would not be easy to implement.  Black South Africans viewed rugby in general, and the Springboks in particular, with disdain. 

This video clip, featuring historical footage, explains the longstanding tension between black South Africans and rugby.
