Santa Anita Race where Seabiscuit was Injured in February of 1939

Seabiscuit was injured while racing at Santa Anita in February of 1939. 

This article, from the February 16th issue of the New York Times, tells us that the Biscuit was "pulled up lame" at the end of that race.  George Woolf was riding Seabiscuit when the injury occurred.
