Soviet Document - China's 1964 Position on Vietnam

Now contained in the U.S. National Archives, this facsimile document relates (via the Soviet Union) information on how China viewed America's involvement in Vietnam during 1964.

It was the tenth anniversary of the Geneva Accords that summer, and the Chinese government used the occasion to comment on events in Vietnam.
