Tennessee Ratification 19th Amendment - Executive Order

When the Tennessee legislature considered the 19th Amendment, in August of 1920, the vote was even more important than it seemed.  How Tennessee voted would determine whether the Constitutional Amendment, giving American women the right to vote, would actually become law.
