This illustration, by Carl von Häberlin, depicts Johann Tetzel selling indulgences to people and collecting their money. 

The image - entitled (in German) "Tetzel's Ablasszug" (Tetzel's Indulgences") - depicts Tetzel doing the very act which enraged Martin Luther and led, at least in part, to the Reformation.
