The Way of Good and Evil - Puritan Ethics

Following the ways of Puritan forerunners, from the Massachusetts Bay Colony, this illustration depicting Puritan ethics was drawn and published by John Hailer around 1862.

The colored lithograph is maintained by the Library of Congress. Its curators provide a title and a summary:

Title: The way of good & evil

Summary: Print shows people taking the road to a good life and people taking the road to an evil life.
