Titanic - Last Surviving Passenger

Millvina Dean, the last-surviving passenger of Titanic’s maiden voyage, kept her treasures from the doomed voyage (and its aftermath) for ninety-six years - until the fall of 2008.  In mid-October, she was forced to sell those possessions to pay for nursing-home fees.

This video includes an interview with Ms. Dean and a look at the suitcase which the people of New York filled with clothes and gave to her mother after their rescue.

Millvina died on the 31st of May, 2009.  She was 97 years old.  With her death, all Titanic's survivors have now passed away.
