An image of the damage sustained to the USS Cole after a suspected terrorist bomb exploded during a refueling operation in the port of Aden, Yemen, on Oct. 12, 2000. Seventeen crew members were killed in the attack. Officials say Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, 46, an al-Qaeda leader, allegedly orchestrated the attack.
