Vietnam War Protest Marches

By 1967, protestors gathered in large crowds to raise their collective voices against the Vietnam war.  This Universal Newsreel clip, from the 18th of April, 1967, features scenes from protest rallies in Central Park together with a procession led by Dr. Martin Luther King.

Also included are pro-war demonstrators and this comment by the narrator, Ed Herlihy

"President Johnson meanwhile let it be known that the FBI is closely watching all anti-war activity."
