British-drawn Sketch of the Bunker Hill Battle

Breed's Hill, where the battle was actually fought, is located just below Bunker Hill.  Situated on the Charlestown Heights, both provide a commanding view of Boston.

This map of the battle scene was drawn soon after by a British officer - Lieutenant Thomas Page - General Howe's aide-de-camp.
