Atlantic Wall - German Conquests in WWII

This image depicts the impact of the "Atlantic Wall," which Hitler and his forces had created for Germany, during the second world war.  For any attack to take place along the Atlantic seaboard, Allied troops would have to face, and overcome, significant fire power from dug-in, well-fortified German soldiers.
