Beatrix Potter - The World of Peter Rabbit, Part 1Beatrix Potter had a "real" Peter Rabbit as a pet. She was a naturalist who studied, and painted, fungi. She spent time at the South Kensington Museum, where she learned more about the natural world. And ... she wrote letters to young friends which she later turned into her "little books." In this recreation of Miss Potter's life, as a young artist, we see how things might have been as she painted the characters in her "World of Peter Rabbit." Then ... we see her Tale of Peter Rabbit come to animated life. CreditsClip from The World of Peter Rabbit and Friends. Online, courtesy Surf the Net with Kids.
