Cahuachi - Adobe Pyramid from Nasca Civilization

Scholars believe that Cahuachi, as the ceremonial center of the Nasca people, was much larger than originally thought and more sparsely populated on a permanent basis.  The city had pyramids, like the one depicted here, and would increase in population during ritual or ceremonial events.
