Cornwallis - Proposes Cessation of Hostilities

Here, the General states that "Lord Cornwallis proposed a cessation of hostilities for 24 hours" so two officers for each side "might meet at the house of a Mr. Moore" to "settle terms for the surrender of the Posts of York and Gloucester..."
