David Frost Interviews Richard NixonOn the 24th of July, 1974, the United States Supreme Court issued an order that President Richard Nixon had to surrender all White House tape recordings which dealt with the Watergate affair. The high court's opinion was unanimous. Nixon complied with the order. Less than a month later, with an impeachment trial likely to occur, Nixon became the only American president to resign his office. In 1977, David Frost interviewed the former President. This is a clip from that extended interview.
