February, 1888 - Snowy Landscape, Arles

When Vincent first arrived in Arles, snow still covered the ground.  He used that as a backdrop in this painting - Snowy Landscape with Arles in the Background.

The painting, which Vincent created in February of 1888, is part of a private collection.
