Fort Benning

According to the U.S. Army Infantry home page: "Fort Benning, Georgia is located just outside of Columbus, Georgia, a city with a population of 189,000 people. It is approximately 100 miles southwest of Atlanta, Georgia."

Further, according to its web site, "Fort Benning is the foundation of the Infantry [of the U.S. Army], producing trained soldiers and adaptive leaders imbued with the Warrior Ethos."
