Iron Lady - Thatcher's Comments on Airey Neave's Death

Utterly stunned at the shocking murder of her close colleague, Airey Neave, Margaret Thatcher speaks to the press on March 30, 1979. 

Later that year, when she became Britain's first Prime Minister, Thatcher mentioned Neave in her first remarks outside Number 10 Downing Street:

And finally, one last thing:  In the words of Airey Neave, whom we had hoped to bring here with us, "There is now work to be done."
