Jesus - After a Beating

This tempera and oil, on an oak panel, depicts Jesus after a beating.  Hieronymus Bosch produced it between 1475-80.  It is entitled Ecce Homo ("Behold the man") and is now owned by the Städelsches Kunstinstitut in Frankfurt, Germany.
