Johnny Brewer Affidavit on Oswald SightingOn the 6th of December, 1963, Johnny Calvin Brewer signed a sworn statement regarding his sighting and tracking of Lee Oswald the afternoon of President Kennedy's death. He closes his affidavit with these words: "The reason I noticed the man in front of the store [his shoe shop] was because he acted so nervous, and I thought at the time he might be the man that had shot the policeman."
