Matthew Rierson

Sgt. First Class Matt Rierson - killed, two days after the battle, during a mortar attack on the Task Force Ranger hangar. 

Despite extreme pressure under fire, his steadiness helped the Lost Convoy return to base.  Thereafter, during the night, he helped to lead another large convoy back to the city.
