Michelangeo and Pope Julius II - Planning Sistine Paintings

This clip is from The Agony and the Ecstasy - a 1965 film about the Italian artist Michelangelo and the incredible sculptures (such as the Moses, David and Pieta), paintings (the Sistine Chapel ceiling) and architecture (the dome of St. Peter's Basilica) which he designed and/or created.

In this scene, Michelangelo visits Pope Julius II (known as the "warrior pope") to report on his ideas for the Sistine Chapel.  In doing so, he interrupts the Pope who is fighting a battle with his Swiss Guards.
