Pilate Sends Guards for the Tomb

In this video-clip from The Greatest Story Ever Told, based on the Gospels and a book (of the same name) by Fulton Oursler (1893-1952), Pilate (the Roman governor) is warned that he needs to dispatch guards to watch over the tomb of Jesus.  What happens thereafter gives the film its title.

In this movie, Max von Sydow plays the role of Jesus and Telly Savalas plays the role of Pilate.  The film is directed by George Stevens.
