Raising of Lazarus - Fresco by Giotto

This fresco, by GIOTTO di Bondone, is from the Life of Christ series at the Arena Chapel (Cappella Scrovegni) in Padua, Italy.  Giotto created it between 1304-06.  

The raising of Lazarus, as described in the Gospel of John (11:1-44), is the subject of many other paintings by a variety of artists.
