Riders on the Beach at Scheveningen
Anton Mauve (van Gogh’s cousin) painted Riders on the Beach at Scheveningen in 1876. Mauve, a Dutch artist, is credited for giving van Gogh his first set of watercolors. This painting is now at the Rijksmuseum, a museum of art and history, in Amsterdam.
