Titanic - Steerage Passengers

Major ships, like the Titanic, had different decks for different types of passage.  First-class passengers, who paid the most for their tickets, had their own deck.  The same was true for steerage passengers.

This picture, taken by Father Frank Browne, depicts steerage passengers getting settled on their Titanic deck.
