which awaits me

Most lawyers speak for individuals. Wolfe Tone, an Irish barrister, spoke for a nation.

Most lawyers fight for clients. Wolfe Tone fought for the Irish people.

Lawyers are paid fees for their skills. Wolfe Tone paid the ultimate fee. At 35, he was sentenced to hang as a traitor for crimes against the British king.
